Kickstarter?

Today, I want to discuss a different topic than usual. I have decided to join kickstarter in order to fund my future in computer hardware consulting and the creation of my workstation. Kickstarter does exactly what it's name is, it kick-starts businesses with the money they need to survive. With the funds raised by this project, I will be able to professionally consult and discuss computer hardware as an educational experience. People that donate will get help from me on building a computer and the hardware that they will need. My goal is to reach $200 within a 60 Day period. This deal is great for a small but fast gaming computer. If you are doing minor gaming but still want to run at 50+ FPS, this is the processor to go with. It is hot and takes a larger amount of power than for example and i5 but packs a ton of power. It is 6 core and starts at 3.5 GHZ stock. You can OC all the way up to 4.1. This next deal is perfect for a Mini-ITX build. From NVIDIA, it packs 2GB of space and enough ports to run a couple monitors at once. It also contains a lot of power for such a small price. It also has a great large fan to cool the entire card. I found a fine deal on it on amazon.

This next deal is certainly ridiculous costing only around $70 and still running great specs just like another SSD that costs over 100. ADATA makes quality products including their ADATA USA Premier Pro SP600. This deal was found on amazon. It is great for running games, if you start with a 1 TB internal drive for school, OS etc so that you can run what you really want at a faster pace.

Today I have a special deal, from Alienware. Now typically, I wouldn't go with anything from Alienware, but today I have an exception. This is a great deal, with the i7 4770, 8gb of RAM, 1TB of space and a GTX 645. Also, it has the miniature form factor, which plays a large part of a computer depending on the amount of space you have. I found the best deal for it on Amazon, it is certainly not worth it to buy from Alienware themselves.

4k? Are You ready?

AMD recently released a graphics card that contains the specs to support 4k, intensively. But what I want to talk about is, who is actually ready for it? 4k is certainly noticeable compared to HD, but is anyone going to make an effort to switch? It is going to take at least two years for companies to make a 4k GPU that's affordable.
